Who we are

Euronis Software LLC makes trading software for MetaTrader. Our address is 8 Copthall, Roseau Valley 00152, Dominica. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, who handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to euronis.com.

What we collect, and when

We only collect information that you type into this website, plus the basic technical information that every website receives.

Question pages. When you finish the questions on a page under “Start here”, we receive your answers, the result shown to you, your first name, your email address, any optional field you filled in (for example your broker or your website), and the address of the page.

Contact form. We receive the topic you chose, your message, your first name and your email address.

Client Access window. When you enter your email address and press Continue, we store your email address, the time and the page you were on.

Client registration. We store your first name, last name, email address, trading experience, trading capital range, trading platforms, preferred brokers, any text you typed under “Other”, your confirmation that you are at least 18 years old, the time, the page you came from and the status of your registration. We never ask for a password.

Counts. We count how many times people click “Client login” and open the Client Access window. These are daily totals. They do not contain any personal information.

Visitor statistics. We use Matomo to see which pages people visit. Matomo receives the page you view, the page you came from, the links you click, your browser language, your browser and device type, your screen size and your IP address. Our statistics do not use cookies.

Language. Cloudflare tells us which country you visit from, so we can show the website in Russian, Italian, Indonesian or Thai to visitors from Russia, Italy, Indonesia and Thailand. We do not store your country.

Technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser information when it delivers a page to you. It uses this to send you the page and to protect the website from attacks.

Why we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to you and send you what you asked for,
• contact you about client access after you register,
• understand which pages and questions people use, so we can improve the website,
• keep the website safe and working.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not let other companies advertise on this website.

Who handles your information

We use a small number of service providers. Each one only receives the information it needs to do its job.

• Cloudflare delivers this website and stores the Client Access and registration records in its database.
• Web3Forms sends your answers, messages and registrations to us by email.
• Matomo, on a server we control, keeps the visitor statistics.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or with a company that buys or takes over our business. In that case this policy still applies to your information.

Legal basis for using your information (European Economic Area users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, we use your personal information only when we have a legal reason to do so:

• when you ask us for something, for example a reply, a result or contact about client access,
• when it is in our legitimate interest and your rights do not outweigh it, for example to keep the website safe or to understand how it is used,
• when you have given your consent.

Where your information is stored

Our service providers work in many countries. Your information may be stored or handled in a country other than your own, where data protection laws can be different. We use providers that protect personal information in line with this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we have a real business reason to do so, for example to reply to you or to contact you about client access. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. If it is in a backup that we cannot change, we keep it safe and do not use it until it can be deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you,
• correct it,
• delete it,
• stop using it, or use it only in a limited way,
• give you a copy of it.

If we use your information because you gave your consent, you can take your consent back at any time. This does not change anything we did before.

To use any of these rights, send us a message with the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

This website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only Euronis can see the registration records, and access needs a password. No security system is perfect, so we cannot promise that your information will never be accessed without permission.

Children

This website is for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

This website uses no cookies, except one that remembers your language if you choose one. Read the Cookies page for details.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy. When we make an important change, we will show the new version on this page with a new date.
