By downloading, installing, or using the Euronis Expert Advisor ("Software"), you agree to be bound by this End User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable subscription fee, Euronis Software LLC ("Euronis") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal trading activities on your designated MetaTrader 5 terminal(s).
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Software; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the Software; (c) sublicense, sell, or transfer your license to any third party; (d) use the Software to provide managed account services to other parties without written consent from Euronis.
Access to the Software is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed monthly. Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in deactivation of the license. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. The Software does not guarantee profits. Past performance shown on this website or in backtests is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you may lose all or more than your initial investment. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using the Software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EURONIS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EURONIS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL EURONIS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF EURONIS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dominica.
Euronis reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software following notice of modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
